The room was unsatisfactory and did not match the photographs presented online. I was promised a renovated room but instead received one in need of serious updates. The shower was frustrating, with no hot water at all due to a clogged head, and the reception's dismissive response to my complaints was infuriating.

50 meters from the entrance to the old town. The hotel is located on an exit road but has good windows so that the street noise is not audible. Lockable garage.

the room was extremely small, but clean!

At 7:30 a.m. the breakfast room was so busy with Asian guests that we just found a small table. Additionally, the buffet was practically empty. Apart from queuing at the coffee machine, the price for breakfast is thus greatly exaggerated. In addition we parked our two motos on the parking lot no 27. But on the bill we had to pay for two parking spaces! Despite the complaint, we were told that this was in accordance with the regulation! Our decision is now clear.

Where do I begin, the shower head was clogged, resulting in a rudely cold shower, just good! And if the room's decor was any more dated, it would qualify as a museum exhibit. I fully expected a complimentary upgrade, but I guess they save those for special guests, not ordinary ones like me.

Straight facts, no fluff

Excellent location for exploring the old town! The room was cozy, equipped with a tv. Reception staff were generally informative, and we appreciated the umbrellas available for guest use. The scrambled eggs during breakfast were delicious, but be prepared for tight parking spaces if you're driving.

You guys made our stay comfortable. Pleasant venue, EXCELLENT location very close to the autoroute that leads north to Dijon and south to Chalon-sur-Saone, and the main centre of Beaune, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got fairly quiet standard double room with a great shower as an upgrade, nice gesture.

I like the whole city of Beaune and its great way of presenting the culture of wine & food. This hotel is very conveniently located for a walk in the city centre and a good "wine shopping".
